The emotional and physical safety of our students is the most important factor for our staff. We offer a “build them up” philosophy focusing on students strengths and encouraging growth in those areas. New Vision Wilderness Preteen Students: Our students most commonly struggle with issues related to like chronic stress, disruption in the child-caregiver relationship, unresolved trauma or even adoption that are noticeable in symptoms like anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, poor interpersonal relations, poor attachment, oppositionality or defiance and other behaviors.
