Paint Tool Sai is the program I've been using for a while now with my intuos 4 wacom tablet but I found that the tablet pen isn't working with it anymore? I use other programs like Corel SketchPad and it works just fine there. Now when I use the pen in SAI I have to press extremely hard on the tip to get. Now when I use the pen in SAI I have to press extremely hard on the tip to get lines to come out and it the lines don't even come up all the way. Any help or suggestions?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled already and it hasn't helped. Update: EDIT: Yes, I've already checked the stabilizer and it doesn't seem to effect the problem. Considering I don't use it, it doesn't seem to be the cause either. This problem isn't just on the actual canvas; clicking the menus or just clicking the program with my tablet seems to be effected?
