I was wondering if there is a way in Windows 7 to find the shortcut path to Control panel. To explain what I am trying to do, I use the program RocketDock for the icons on my desktop. With my laptop, I have the text size at 100% when out and about with it, and I have it on 150% when I am at home and I hook it up to my 42' LCD. So I wanted to create a button/shortcut path to the 'Make text and other items larger' link in the control panel. I understand how to find the shortcut to Control Panel and pin it to my start menu. But that is no what I am trying to accomplish.

I am not sure if any of you are familiar with the program RocketDock or not. It is basically a stationary dock on your desktop that you can put icons/shortcuts in. Fileminimizer Office.
